A. Additional Stair Charge for Delivery

A1. The stairs between levels (For building without lift)

All product is HK$30 for each floor. Washer / Refrigerator / Air Conditioner and 70" TV or above will be charged HK$50 for each floor. The example is as below:

are sum in total. Each product is HK$30 for each ten steps. Washer / Refrigerator / Air Conditioner and 70" TV or above will be charged HK$50 for each ten steps (the first to ninth steps are free of charge)

B. Old Appliance Removal

D.圍村或村屋，車輛不能到達，搬運到送貨地點，路程超過100米或需時超過3分鐘

E. Excluded items：

1)Dismantling of water pipe, gas pipe or electric wire
2)Move or dismantle anything in customer's residence
3)Products too large to be moved into / out from customer's residence

F. Remark:

1)Above service charge will be settled by cash or receipt should be issued to customer
2)Any premiums will be delivered free of charge
3)The goods will not be unpacked during delivery
(Products will only be unpacked for delivery if customers sign on the invoice agreeing to be responsible themselves for any subsequent damages to the unpacked goods)
4)Deliverymen shall collect the price of additional delivery and disposing used appliances from customers depending on the actual circumstances of delivery.

6)Elecboy reserves the right to amend any of the terms of delivery. In case of dispute, the decision of Fortress shall be final.
